We loved this hotel. It’s location is perfect. Right in the middle of Gran Via on top of Zara and next door to Pull & Bear. A very short walk to all shopping. 15 to 20 minute walk to the Palace, 30 minite walk to Prado gallery and stop for the bus that will take you to Toledo. Our room was on the 6th floor with a balcony on Gran via. OMG this was so awesome. The views are spectacular. The customer service upon arrival at the hotel was top notch. Our package included breakfast which was excellent. Back to the room. It was perfect. Mattress was firm and just right. Shower was excellent and the lighting in the room couldn't be better. Super clean too. The room also came with a mini bar stocked daily with cold drinks. Perfect for the hot summer days. We will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone who works this hotel we had an absolutely wonderful stay in beautiful Madrid.
