Good location, unhelpful staff

Decent location (10 minute walk from the nearest subway station which could get you to the main sights in around 15/20 minutes). Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel so getting some food and drinks was never a problem. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we were not given the room we booked and paid for. We booked a double and were given two single beds pushed together. When we (politely) raised this with the woman on reception, her response was very rude and unhelpful. We were simply told it was tough luck and the double we had booked had been given to someone else. Our experience generally with hotel staff was poor: the majority were disinterested and surly. Breakfast at the hotel was expensive, so we nipped out to to a local bakery/cafe for some pastries and coffee, which was perfectly adequate. I wouldn't return purely because of the unpleasant staff.

Over capacity pool and roof top also rooms are overlooking some type of housing complex with an empty ugly space. Pool bar was packed! An employee was testing me the pool water three times with an extremely concerned look on his face, which made me tell my family that we are going to leave the hotel immediately. I checked out 30 minutes after I checked in I do not recommend this place. Also, they refused to refund me any of my money. I paid for two nights and I did not stay one minute in the room.
