Lovely hotel and rooftop bar, near to the underground station and easy to get to from the Airport. Staffing levels were poor in the bars, but if you are not in a rush the cocktails are lovely

10 minute walk to Barnabeu stadium. The balcony was massive. So well equipped for kids. There were free sweets and fuzzball table and machines to play on. Felt safe

NYX Madrid

Confusion when booking in as had messaged Hotel on 2 platforms as plane was delayed so had to miss connecting flight so were arriving a day later. The hotel had no record of our booking, though I did give them my booking reference number and details, but were able to book us in and paid original price. They had cancelled our booking as a no show. Room we were given was smaller than the one booked. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Great location and easy access to Metro system.

The reason I booked it is it is close to the football stadium. The room is clean and staff is good. But the room is way too small for our 3 people. It doesn’t even have a table for my laptop. The space is too small for our luggage.
