Stayed for 1 night, did not enjoy. Parking is a nightmare and not included. Room was adequate size (premium king), bathroom was small and cramped. Bed was not comfy, too hard but pillows were decent. Bathroom was not well cleaned. No bathrobes as advertised, asked front desk but they never came. Hot water was scalding. Food in main bar was terrible, got burger and fries. Fries seemed like oven chips and burger was most certainly from frozen. No spiced rum at the bar, two empty bottles and no new ones. Good wine selection though. Can't believe you have to pay for a shue to the airport and not only that but order online, another website that takes your payment information. In my opinion, the hotel should provide and organise on your behalf. Won't be staying again

Immaculately clean, really nice room, bathroom fixtures and fittings were lovely too. Booked a premium room with club lounge, which was great value, the only thing that let it down for me was the alcohol range( which i tend to find everywhere i go) whether it be airport lounges, all inclusive hols etc...i only drink dissaranno, baileys and malibu ...NOT everyone drinks vodka, gin and lager. However it certainly would'nt put me off staying again. I had a selection of hot and soft drinks along with snacks so was happy overall. Cannot comment on breakfast as we had an early flight so unfortunately was unable to sample that. Oh and lastly shuttle to terminal was extra cost too.
