Arrived on incoming flight at T3 and had booked the supposedly nearby Crowne Plaza for on overnight stay, prior to onward flight with Loganair originally also from T3 but altered to T2. No signs directing to the hotel in T3 and a 30 minute route march in the dark, around unlit roads on rough gravel potholed footpaths to find the place using a now erroneous (according to staff on the hotel desk) online map. We should have booked the Clayton, our usual hotel, but thought that we would give the Crowne Plaza a chance…never again!!!!!!! Avoid!!!! Worst airport hotel experience ever.

Recently refurbished so hotel in a very good condition. Comfy rooms with large tv and LOTS of plug and USB points. Friendly staff and a great breakfast for £12.50. Would definitely recommend.

The room we assigned to was freezing and the heater didn’t seem to work so sent a message on WhatsApp since they said they'd respond straightaway but nothing so my husband went to reception to tell them. They said they'd send someone but no one came so called reception and after ringing for a while, someone finally picked up and told us that his colleague checked and the heater was faulty (funny how no one told us). At first we asked for portable heater but didn’t help so asked for a room change in the end. Thankfully the other room is fine. When checking out they asked how was the stay and even though I said not good, didn’t say anything, proving they don't care. Terrible service overall.
