Location is perfect; walked to terminal 3 of NAIA, no need for transportation. Customer service, cleanliness of our roomsc comfy beds, food, everything—top notch! Would stay here again!

Perfect hotel for air travel — located right across from the airport with direct indoor access via the skybridge. Very easy to reach by car as well. Great staff, super quick check-in, and no complicated procedures. The shower was exceptional, especially after spending three weeks in the countryside.

This hotel is gorgeous! Smell so clean smell like your in spa.. hotel lobby is huge and clean. Easy check in and friendly and helpful staff. Our room is clean and bed is comfortable, our bathroom is clean and the toiletries smell so good.. Staff are very helpful, friendly and courteous. Salute to Aileen in guest relations. The restaurant, food are delicious and many choices same as dinner. Love the fact that it’s walking distance from Terminal 3. And lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool is great tends to be very busy in afternoon. I guess due to The weather these days. Highly recommended!

Staff are so helpful, front desk were excellent in processing our 1 day extension. We've stayed here a few time and always had the view to the 'void', so no actual view, until our last stay where we had a view to the airport :) My only criticism is the restaurant, the breakfast time is very busy, we had no coffee, cold food and no rice (say what!?!). Dining in the evening was okay, the shrip pasta only had two shrimp, for the money we thought that was a bit disappointing given there are options close by. Overall, we were contented with our stay, not swept off our feet, but we will probably be back as it is so convenient and the staff are awesome from front desk to bar staff.

An easy walk from terminal three, and the hotel surpassed expectations. The roof rooftop pool and Bar with a barbecue is a wonderful way to unwind after traveling. It is more than just an airport hotel.
