We had a really stay starting with an early check in as requested - the buffet breakfast was excellent and all the staff were professional and friendly . All in all a super stay .

Nice stay and convenient to restaurant's and facilities. However the pillows were terrible and as we had a four night stay the cleaners didn't vacuum the floor the whole time we were there. Also did like the liquid soap in the bathroom.

Couples trip

Fantastic location and wonderful, friendly, genuine service from all staff members. Only issues I had were that the pillows were not very comfortable- which is a personal preference, but feel a range of pillow selections would be great. There was also no extra blanket in the room and being Melbourne, it was a bit cold overnight. Not sure if this is something I could have asked for though. Would definitely stay again though as the staff actually made you feel very welcome and even on check out were super friendly and helpful.

The quality of this hotel is the reason I am a Hilton silver member. The room was very nice, over looked the city, bed and pillows very comfortable, staff have good customer service skills, restaurant and Bar in lobby, food was good.

Great Location

Have stayed here numerous times, think it is a bit tired and needs a refresh. Love the location, staff were great, breakfast good options changed out some mornings. Housekeeping not consistent.
