This was not an 8.8 hotel. We had 2 rooms and in one lights and plugs did not work by the bed. The other plug only worked if the other light was one so phone charging overnight didn’t work. In both the toilets were extremely short and shower pressure was terrible. In one the shower head was mangled and there were dirty places in the bathroom.

We liked the convenience to I 20. The air conditioner was nosie. We turn our bed back and found hairs and stain. Requested clean sheets, at this time we were moved to another room. The girl checking us in was rude, the lady who assisted in moving us was very understanding and nice. Ladies were working different shift.

Not friendly at all. Hampton was always good for bedding, breakfast and coffee. Just a solid comfortable place. Things now are adequate but not a notch above. Beddind ok. Breakfast mostly tasteless, powdered eggs and dry sausage. Coffee botter. One elevatorbroken.
