I had a wheelchair accessible room It's almost impossible to enter or exit the room alone, between the door jamb and the spring closing the door. I had issues with transitions throughout the room. Shower and bathroom was well setup, Apparently they don't have an ice machine, the desk said something about my freezer but there was no ice or ice trays. The kitchen area was well equipped otherwise. I should say I use a rollator at home, so some issues may be due to a lack of experience in the chair. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
