This is an older Miami Beach hotel. Slightly long in the tooth but well maintained. I have stayed at many hotels in Miami Beach near the convention center over 20 years of attending the Miami Boat show. I have paid way more than this hotel charged for a room that was not this nice. This hotel provided great value. bed comfortable, hot water, in room fridge, and clean. If you are expecting 4 or 5 star service this place is not for you. If you just need a clean comfortable place to sleep while you do other things in Miami it provides a good value option.

The room was clean but the floor tiles were loose and moved when you stepped on them. The bathroom floor flooded when we showered due to the curtain not being long enough. The pillows were flat and very uncomfortable. Any door that shuts on the hall will slam and wake you from your sleep.
