Run down Holiday Inn

Probably the most run down Holiday Inn we’ve ever stayed in. PROs- comfortable bed, great bfast CONs- dirty pool, found used qtips on the floor, shower curtain didn’t stay on the rod correctly so water went everywhere, a/c in room didn’t work right, whole hotel needs an upgrade, homeless looking guy hanging out inside and outside the hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located close to City Place, Marshalls, Home Goods, pharmacies, banks and many restaurants, all walking distance. Friendly staff, shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms and facilities are clean, soft and firm pillows and comfortable beds. Breakfast included. This is my 6th stay here and will be back soon,

Did not know ahead of time that I needed to call the hotel directly for shuttle from airport to hotel. After struggling to fin the local number, I called and they send someone after about 30 minutes. We waited in the pickup area at MIA but the driver said they weren’t allowed to pickup there and had to use a different area. Very confusing!
