I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were very convenient. The location was also excellent, close to everything I needed. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that breakfast options were a bit limited. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Checking was super easy, Antonio at the front desk even signed us up for IHG and got us a late check out. Bed was very comfortable. Fresh Coffee and tea available 24 hours in lobby! Breakfast buffet was so convenient and fairly tasty, good variety. Room had mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. They had a mini market with a few items to snack on or make on microwave. Very pleased with our quick stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, shopping areas and City Place. The malls were close by as well. The rooms were clean, breakfast was simple and the staff were very friendly. The minor inconveniences were the key card gave some trouble, had to go down three times to the service desk to get it reprogrammed. Maybe a little variety to the breakfast, it was simple but filling. They made a sausage gravy but it was not too appealing. The shower is either hot or cold, no warm option. The pool looks a bit dated. Overall for the purpose of my stay which was hanging out and shopping, this hotel worked quite well for me. I like the location and the nearby conveniences so I’ll still consider staying here again on my next visit.
