The staff were nice at the front desk at check in and check out . They had toiletries yon request but when requesting towels or razors for shaving it took a very long time to get towels and soap, which was requested on our third day the morning of checkout. The cleaning staff in the hallway refused to give us towels and was stern about us requesting towels by calling down stairs but we waited over an hour to get clean towels and soap. The breakfast was great and there’s even a bar but the bar is not open during the day.only during dinner at 5:30 pm and in the morning but closes at 10:30 am . Our TV did not work for the entire 3days and once we were about to checkout the tv magically connect to the network and turned on.
