We should have stayed at hotel 1 for another night

Overall it was an okay stay since it was just one night. We did get a room with a broken safe and a dated sofa bed with no sheets on it. We had to call the to get these things updated. I have an abundance of patience but I had to go down to request the sheets. And next day we decided to just enjoy the pool after performing. There were a handful of people there and there were no like towels and dated furniture. In my case there was no lounge chair so we waited till someone left to actually use one which was a bit cracked. We requested towels and no one ever came. These are just the obvious things that happen but we were just happy just to rest there for one night. I would not stay there again. I kind of regret not staying at the Aloft a second night.

This property has no quality to be considered the quality of a Holiday Inn, I have worked in the hotel industry and I had never come across such a dirty hotel, and without maintenance I could not walk inside the room without shoes because after 10 minutes I had black feet from dirt, the bed of a Super 8 hotel is of better quality than the one we were assigned. My family got sick because we don't know when was the last time they cleaned the air filters. I paid almost $500 per room overlooking the pool and they gave us the worst room. There is a broken part in the pool. I had to be careful. My daughter doesn't scratch her leg on that edge. But I must emphasize that the only good thing was the super friendly housekeeping service and pending all the time the rest of the employees does not have the slightest idea of what customer service is.

If you just need a place to stay for a night maybe but far from fancy. Bed was comfortable and was clean. Shower was a bit old and needed work. I just had a quick lay over so I was there for 10 hours.
