I was denied entry to the hotel because they have inconsistent operations. They took my money and I didn’t get to stay because they did not accept my ID. I booked there based on the fact that they accepted the same ID the previous month. This cost me money I did not have budgeted. I had to borrow money to book somewhere else and ended up with no booking at all. It is beyond me how they can justify taking my hard earned money without providing me any service. The host said that I would have to get a refund through the Expedia app but when Expedia contacted them for the refund they did not reply. Then when they finally responded after procrastinating and causing lots of confusion and frustration they denied the refund even though they provided no service or lodging whatsoever. No explanation and no refund.
