Rooms are serviced by housekeeping once every seven days, for which regular hotel guests are not informed. This means you have to ask for fresh towels, coffee for the room, etc. Studio suite needs at least one more chair for sitting. Shower has good pressure. Snacks and beverages offered for sale consists of sugary, salty and unhealthy items.

The hotel was perfect for an overnight layover in miami. Only 15 mins from the airport, with a free transfer. Quite a few food options within walking distance (and cold beer available at the Chevron gas station less than 10 mins walk away). The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice small

We were disappointed with our stay, not because the airport shuttle was unavailable, but because we were misinformed about it. Prior to booking, I specifically called to ask whether the shuttle would be operating on Christmas Day and was told it runs six days a week, only not on Sundays. Based on that information, we chose to book with Sonesta. When we arrived in Miami on Christmas evening and called for pickup, we were then told the shuttle was not running due to the holiday. We had to take a taxi to the hotel. While we were able to use the shuttle the following morning to return to the airport, we would not have booked this hotel had we been told in advance that the shuttle would not operate on Christmas. The hotel itself was clean and met basic expectations. However, considering the price, location, lack of breakfast, and the additional $55 we paid for transportation, the stay did not feel like a good value. There are closer and more amenity-rich options available in the area.
