Staff were great, went to the pool at the sister hotel for the water view and peace. The room was quiet but information lacking, for example no pricing on things in the bar fridge. Or wifi information I had to go to the front desk to get hooked up.

I arrived an hour or so after check-in time and was told no room was available. I needed to take two work zoom calls and needed quiet and privacy so the public space options would not work. Thankfully, it got resolved but I did have to be persistent. Also, the check-in process was super slow. It took about 30 minutes for them to check in two other guests. Then, when it came to breakfast…I order their signature omelette meal and ask for mushrooms and onions. They don’t have mushrooms. Then, I switch to the signature egg dish that offers chicken sausage as a side. No chicken sausage. The service in general was lackluster given that it was not busy. People were not friendly as I would expect given the perceived vibe of the hotel. Now, the pool. They make a big deal about it but unless you’re paying $1000 or more dollars, don’t expect much. The small section for paying guests fills up quickly and has little shade. On my last day, as I’m walking down the halls I notice dirt on the walls as if a drunk person came back from the beach and left their trail. I’d assume that housekeeping would be on that immediately. It didn’t seem as if anyone cared. Overall, I was not impressed with the hotel and even left early because I was not having a good time.
