This hotel blew me away! The room was spotless, the staff were ALWAYS so kind, and accommodating. They gave great suggestions and asked where I was going to give those recommendations. Didn’t really go to any shops nearby as I Ubered from where I needed to go. But I did love all the cafes nearby, I was able to walk to and grab breakfast, or lunch. The spa was beautiful, I saw pictures but I don’t think it dos it justice. Only had time to go once but I loved every minute of it with the infused water, and healthy snack options. I loved that the gave you a goodie back of shoes, a robe, and necessities needed to shower before/after and lotion. Didn’t eat at the restaurant as I would be out in the city during dinning hours, but I did do room service one more and couldn’t find a menu. So I had to have the person on the phone tell me what they had. I wanted to go ti the sky garden but you can’t go until they open, when I did go I left because of the people when I just wanted to go and take pictures. Which it was walkable during the day. Overall, loved the room, and the free drinks were a nice touch.

We took the train to Milan and so this hotel is very walkable from the central station. The check in was easy and the staff friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was how dark the hallways were. The room was clean and well appointed. Fresh water in the fridge each day. We walked everywhere and found nearby restaurants for dinner.
