Room was spacious, new and clean. Cleaning is every three days or upon request. We stayed five days, didn’t want them to clean. We had enough towels and toilet paper for the five days. Breakfast was delicious. Breakfast staff was very friendly and made sure the eating area was immaculately clean and the food was always stocked. Most days were buffet style- eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, toast, fruit, milk, juice, coffee and tea. Close to an outlet center and Mall of America. The pool was opened until 11 most places I have stayed out was 10 the latest, so this was nice. Too cold for my liking. The pool area had a very potent chlorine smell that made the kids cough and my eyes burn but hey, guess that means the water had chlorine in it. The gym had everything one would need for a great workout- clean and 24 hours. Lobby had a tv, bar and some board games which was nice. Would def. go back if in the area.

Good hotel to stay, it’s clean and safe. Pool is open till 11pm. Walking distance to Mall of America, even though they provide free shuttle service to the mall and airport. Would definitely stay in this hotel again when I go back to Minneapolis.

Terrible customer service.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service of this hotel. Our trip details changed and we couldn’t use this hotel. With a weeks notice, they wouldn’t communicate with us until the day before we were scheduled to arrive. They never canceled the reservation and refused to refund us for the room. I have never had a hotel treat us this way. Especially when the travel plans changed and made use of their facility not possible.

Only 1 person was working at the bar and restaurant. He also had to make the drinks. He was nice, but service was very slow. The food was excellent when we finally got it.
