Tämä ylellinen rantahotelli on viisi makuuhuonetta, neljä kylpyhuonetta ja oma uima-allas, josta on näkymät rannalle ja nukkuu jopa 16 vuoteen. Talossa on upscale olohuone, graniitti työtasot keitti�� ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet ja kova puulattiat koko toisen ja kolmannen kerroksen.

Valoisa ja tilava keittiö, jossa graniittiset työtasot ja trooppiset kattotuulettimet, on täydellinen paikka valmistaakseen iltapäivän välipala tai perheen ateria. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu astiat, astiat, kattilat, pannu-astiat, leikkuulaudat, Pyrex kontit ja paljon muuta. Viihtyisissä olohuoneissa on ulosvedettävä sohva ja taulutelevisio.

Rentoudu yksityisellä verannalla ja nauti surffin äänestä ja suolaveden tuoksusta. Persianlahden makuuhuoneet tarjoavat erinomaisen yksityisyyden, joka löytyy hyvin harvoista kaupunginosista Frangistan rannalta samalla kun ne tarjoavat esteetön auringonlasku suurimman osan vuotta. Jäähdytä verannalla sijaitsevassa altaassa tai sitä voidaan lämmittää viileämmän kuukauden aikana.

Omistaja menee pitkälle, jotta vieraat tuntevat olonsa majoittumiselta ensimmäisen luokan hotelliin. Nauti valkoisista ylellisistä raidallisista lakanoista ja peitteistä jokaisesta sängystä, tervetuliaispaketista (viini, pullotettu vesi), valkoiset ylelliset pyyhkeet, Gilchrest & Soames-kylpy- ja suihkusaippuat ja -palvelut, täysin varustetuista Keurig- ja ranta- / allaspyyhkeistä. BBQ grilli korvataan joka kausi.

 Master makuuhuone king-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, yksityinen Persianlahden edessä parveke, vierashuone queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone.

Rannanvalmistus, joka koostuu sateenvarjosta ja kahdesta tuolista, on saatavana ilman lisäkuluja koko vuoden kaudelle maaliskuusta lokakuuhun käyttöösi. Lisämaksuja rannalla sekä vesiskoottereita, vauvan tarvikkeita, purjelautailua, polkupyöriä, kajakkeja, paddleboards ja paljon muuta ovat saatavilla rannalla.

Tämä koti sopii täydellisesti perheille, suurille perheille ja häät rannalle (ota yhteyttä paikalliseen asunnonomistajaan.)

Frangista Beach on vain muutaman minuutin p����ässä Sandestin Golf & Beach Resortista, Baytowne Wharfin kylästä, Silver Sands Premium -liikkeistä, Big Kahunan vesipuistosta ja erilaisista perheystävällisistä ruokailu-, ostos- ja viihdepaikoista.

HOA-rajoitusten takia teltat ja katokset eivät ole sallittuja Frangista Beachilla.

POOL HEAT-Yksityinen uima-allas / kylpylä voidaan lämmittää vielä 20 dollaria / vrk. Allaslämmitys on ostettava koko oleskelun ajan. Alueen mitat ovat 8. 5 x 6

Pysäköinti on käytettävissä 2-4 ajoneuvoa koosta riippuen. Valitettavasti lisäpaikkoja ei ole saatavana naapurustossa, mutta paikan päällä on pysäköintimahdollisuus.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Miramar Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan, vesipuiston ja porealtaan. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Family Getaway

It is difficult to find beach houses in or around Destin area and we came across this place. Was a great location, the home was well furnished and was a bonus having the plunge pool.

Great home for a 4 generation family vacation!

We loved the location of the home - start the day with a walk to Bad Ass coffee and end the day with a walk on the beach to Pompano Joes’ for beach cocktails. The kitchen was so well equipped for the cooks in our family. The layout gave everyone there own space for bedrooms and baths.

Little slice of Heaven on the beach

The location was fantastic the backyard is literally the beach, The house was very clean and felt like home. The bunk room stays very warm so bring a fan. The driveway sits on the main stretch so it very hard to get out with all the traffic but these are very minor issues. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again.

Great Vacation at Sea La Vie!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. It is a great touch for the owner to provide a bottle of wine when you first arrive. After 10 hours with our kids in the car, we definitely needed it!! The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. This will be our vacation home for years to come! Thank you Frangista Beach Properties. We will be back!

It was awesome waking up to the Gulf of America every day. There’s very limited beach front properties in the area and this is one of the best. My only complaint was that the exterior of the house was being swarmed by hundreds of bug (not an exaggeration), but on our last day they all disappeared. It made using the balconies impossible.

They treat you like an old friend and have exceptional properties with wonderful amenities! Extremely pleased again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great on the beach but the parking and getting out is horrible next to scenic rd. The small pool was nice after being on the beach. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows are well worn and need to be replaced. Also there is a big issue with the also g glass doors locking themselves that left people outside for awhile especially on the 2nd floor. The views were beautiful as well.

The manager had great customer service as we had a question about the refrigerator and pool maintenance. This has nothing to do with Frangista Beach Properties, but the unit 2 below, 1935 Scenic Gulf Drive, was fishing for shark on the beach right next to us. Even to the point of Running fishing lines (2) from the beach, attached to a canoe and rowing out to deeper water to drop the line, then reeling in shark and then releasing in the shallow water.

This property is exactly as described—right on the beach with beautiful, unobstructed views. The unit was clean and well-stocked with towels, basic necessities, and kitchen items, including plenty of dishes, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. The balconies facing the ocean were spacious and perfect for enjoying the scenery. We were traveling with elderly family members, so the elevator was a big help.A few things to be aware of: The pool and beach access require walking through one of the master bedrooms, which can be inconvenient. There are signs at every thermostat requesting that the air conditioning be set higher than most would find comfortable; despite following these guidelines, everyone in our group woke up uncomfortably warm at night. The common areas, where people might typically gather to relax or wait out bad weather, lacked comfortable seating, and the balcony furniture on the 2nd and 3rd floors wasn’t much better.Overall, the location is excellent, but the comfort level inside could be improved.

Hector the Property Mgr and his staff were quick to answer any questions or request we had.Spent Fall Break with 12 family members in the Sea La Vie. Six kids and six adults and one golden doodle enjoyed the week. Well stocked kitchen, dishes, cookware. The 5 bedrooms and 4 baths were perfect for our family. All three floors had a great balcony overlooking the Gulf. Especially the Master on the 3rd floor.1st floor had a small pool for kids to relax. Unit had an elevator but we never had time to wait to go from one floor to another. It would have been great for those with a disability. Look forward to staying again.

The home had everything that we could possibly need. The unit was in fantastic shape. We rented the property for two weeks for a family reunion for our parents. We had family from around the country coming and going the entire time. All were impressed with the furnishings, condition, location, view, neighborhood and the beautiful sand beach. The splash pool was a hit for both the young and not so young. We had ample parking. It was convenient for both walking and driving to restaurants and shopping. Thank you so much for sharing your property with our family. All had a great time and lots of memories were made.

On the beach spacious condo

Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen. Ceiling fan in third floor bedroom was not working. I contacted management and they delivered two box fans. We used one in the third floor bedroom and the other fan in the bunk room which was also hot. On Friday, a repairman entered the condo without our knowledge and took the fan from the third floor bedroom, Management said he had repaired the ceiling fan, which was not true. It did not work. We were not notified that the repairman was coming. My adult grandsons were asleep in the bunkroom and did not hear anyone enter the condo. Very dangerous! I did talk to maintenance management but never got an apology and a solution. Very disappointed.

Very nice place!

We have been coming to Destin every year for the past 4-5 years and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. It is so spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The elevator was very handy for my mother who is not able to go up and down stairs. It was also handy for bringing heavy suitcases down to the first floor. The house is located directly on the beach and the views from every floor are spectacular. There were only a few small issues which were nothing major. The house really needed a good cleaning including the curtains. The pool was dirty and had a lot of sand in it when we arrived. It was supposed to be cleaned on Saturday and Wednesday but never got cleaned. The bed in the third floor master suite was very uncomfortable. All the other beds were fine. The biggest issue we had was the neighbors parking in our driveway and even blocking us out of the driveway. We spoke to Hector about the situation who suggested we knock on their door and ask them to stop parking in our driveway. We did this twice, but they continued to use our driveway. Other than that, we had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying at Sea La Vie. We love the property, beach and beach service. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping that we’ve come to enjoy the past 6 years. The Frangista staff is always very accommodating. Hector has always answered any questions we’ve had. We will be staying at another Frangista property next year as there was a pretty hefty price hike for this property next year.
