The staff was excellent and friendly. Actually, never been in a hotel with such friendly services. Stayed in a suite with two separate rooms. The sofa pull-out was very uncomfortable.

Great Budget Hotel

Our room was quiet and adequate for what we needed. Bedside phone charging capabilities were lacking, and what was provided was dated. But overall a great budget hotel in Missoula with a good location.

This is an excellent location. Quiet yet next to a great pizza/ salad restaurant; next to a gas station when I’m ready to hit the road; next to another great restaurant and next to a Starbucks. Breakfast is complementary. It’s very clean and a spacious room. Has a refrig/ microwave and complementary water and a lovely written greeting in the room by staff. Very welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

Girl at check seemed off, very little interaction, handed me my room key and didn’t tell me how to get to the room or anything just said there you go. Also I understand my card was charged a hold for $50 but then was adjusted later to 57.50 but not told why or what that’s about?
