There were times when NOTHING was available to eat or drink. The buffet had the same items the entire 7 days we were there, nothing different. Restaurants all closed and opened at the same time leaving nowhere in between.
Going to check out, ended up in the check in line because they are not marked and stood there over an hour almost missing our taxi to the airport. Hotel could use serious up grading, only one elevator to upper floors on each end. Making people check towels in and out at an all inclusive resort is really a pain, what are we going to do with them??????? Also, it's ALL INCLUSIVE, why do you need my room number for everything? And as far as the all inclusive, it is only all inclusive if you do not smoke! The Smoke Police as I came to call them for the last week complain NO MATTER WHERE YOU SMOKE, that it is a "family resort", well I didn't bring my family, and I do smoke, so where is my inclusion. Will not be going back here.... to many rules, regulations, and just all around lacking on any customer service.
