Le ménage sur demande seulement…

J’ai été 2 nuits, mais la surprise fut retour à 10h00 PM et de constater que le ménage de la chambre n’avait pas été fait et les serviettes n’ont pas été changées. J’ai voulu téléphoner à la réception… le téléphone de la chambre (519) ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai appelé l’hôtel avec mon cellulaire sur le numéro central… pour avoir des serviettes. La réceptionniste m’a dit que le ménage était fait sur demande seulement et que c’était une politique de l’hôtel.

Unfotunately a bad stay - they had some kind of election and party on the one day going on until 2 am no response from staff when complained. Hôtel was subpar with the cleaning and room was a bit dated and noisy by the highway.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel in Terrebonne, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! The hotel boasts a charming ambiance with beautifully decorated rooms that are both comfortable and inviting. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The amenities, including the fitness center and complimentary breakfast, added to the overall value of my stay. I highly recommend the Imperial Hotel to anyone visiting Terrebonne. I look forward to returning in the future!
