Normal hotel, good.

First time in this hotel. Very close to the S-Bahn station. I got normal a room, nothing special but nothing to complain, maybe the bad room a bit too old style. Team friendly, breakfast normal. I suggest it if you are in that area.

Unfreundlicher Empfang bei Anreise. Es ist wohl nicht gewünscht 30 min vor Ankunft zu buchen. Zimmer sollte eine Kategorie besser sein... Ist aber ein kleines Standard Zimmer direkt am Flur Eingang neben der Rezeption. Schallschutz hört sich anders an. Auf den Gold Vorteil musste hinweisen werden und dieser wurde dann wiederwillig ausgestellt. Wann und wo Frühstück stattfindet auch erst auf Nachfrage. Bett ist OK wenn man weiß das ein nicht Stein Kissen im Schrank versteckt ist. Gute Seiten: die restlichen Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Restaurant ist preislich angemessen und sehr schön. Frühstück ist Standard. Fazit: Preis ist ein bisschen zu hoch für die Leistung. Ob das Zimmer wirklich eine Kategorie besser als schlechtestes ist bezweifle ich stark.

Super freundlich, modern und sehr ansprechend

Nachdem ich einer der ersten Gäste nach dem Corona-Lock-down war, kann ich natürlich nicht alles bewerten. Aber - ich wurde mehr als freundlich empfangen. Die Chefin kam extra meinetwegen noch einmal ins Hotel, da ich vergessen hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu buchen. Das hat sie für mich dann auch ohne jegliches Zögern arrangiert. Im Außenbereich - der wirklich schön und ruhig ist - war ich der einzige Gast. Trotz dieser Tatsache und der das es schon 21 Uhr Abends war - und spätestens um 22 alles geschlossen sein mußte - bekam ich warmes Essen und den vollen Service. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sehr sauber. Ich fand nichts zu meckern... :-)
