Staff are very nice

Stayed here a few times. Reception are always very helpful. Waiters r v quick and efficient. The cooks are friendly. Go there for cycling so haven't used gym, pool etc. did use the spa, that was nice.

Poor reception service.

This hotel was good value for money. The bed was soo comfy. My only complaint was insufficient staffing levels. Only ever one person on reception! So checkin was extremely slow and you always had to queue for a long time even to ask simple question. Jacuzzi wasn’t heated either.

Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl, Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool war sauber und man hat immer einen Platz bekommen, sehr nah zum Strand. Zimmer wurden teilweise gut sauber gemacht außer an dem Tag, an dem wir wollten dass sie uns die Bettwäsche wechseln? Zuerst haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen in dem es furchtbar gestunken hat, immerhin haben wir ohne weiteres ein anderes bekommen, sie wussten von dem Gestank im Zimmer daher frag ich mich warum es überhaupt möglich ist das zu buchen im neuen Zimmer war auch schimmel in der Dusche und es ist wirklich renovierungsbedürftig. Kaputter Mülleimer im Bad uvm. Das spa hat von 10-19 Uhr offen man muss aber sagen, dass sie es anmachen. Es gibt nur 6 liegen keine Möglichkeit im Bad etwas aufzuhängen keine Stühle für weitere Gäste. Das Fitnessstudio ist direkt nebenan daher ist es nicht ganz entspannt. Die Sauna war für uns nichts da sie nur 60°c hat das hammam war jedoch super wenn man die ca. 2 Meter lange Schimmelsporen an der Decke übersieht. Nach 2-3 Stunden hatten sie uns das spa einfach ausgestellt was der schade war. Denn bis zu dem Zeitpunkt war es nicht mal richtig aufgeheizt. Dann haben wir es aufgegeben. Das buffetessen war OK aber wenig vielfalt an Gemüse. Ein Tag ca um 14 Uhr war die Zimmerreinigung bereits fertig ich war gerade nackt im flur, als ohne klopfen ein Reinigungspersonal ins Zimmer stürmte. Warum wissen wir auch nicht. Einfach unangenehm.
