Very convenient location. The room is normal size for Japan's standard. I love that they are going more environmental friendly. Reception is at 18 floor and does provide a good view of nagoya city but it can be annoying to go and up down if its busy.

I left my luggage with the reception when I had to make a 2-day trip to Tokyo. When I returned to Nagoya and checked in again, the staff used their initiative to transfer my luggage to my newly assigned room. This was much appreciated because I checked in near midnight and was carrying some luggage from my Tokyo trip.

Hotel exceeded expectations, I believe this hotel is more impressive in person - also very easy to get to if you’re traveling on the Shinkansen train. We traveled throughout Japan for about a month and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was the most memorable for me without a doubt.
