This extended stay hotel was disappointing. The finishes are old, the room had an odd smell and the furnishings were in need of replacement. We also unfortunately had to evacuate the building late that night due to a fire alarm caused by someone’s cooking that resulted in a smoky corridor.
Perhaps most alarming (no pun intended) was that when we returned to our fourth floor room, we attempted to open the third floor stair door simly to check no smoke on third and the stair fire door wouldn’t open…the door closer seemed to be jammed shut. A concerning fire code violation.
Not a place we owuld stay again.
The room was minimal to say the least. Metal bed frame with uncomfortable mattress. Chair in the room was peeling with multiple scratch marks all over it, assuming someone had a cat in the room at one time as the scratch marks looked to have been made by a cat. It felt like a hostel or rooming house. For this kind of room the price was ridiculous.
Awful from start to beginning.
No one was at the front desk. I had to yell for someone.
The room was disgusting and smelt so bad.
The side doors didn’t work.
We left and honestly if you are thinking of staying here you are better off in your car.

In 1st room air-conditione did not work. Front desk was nearly always empty. Replacement linens were hard to get. Rooms need update. Feels like fals advertisement with kitchenette as there are no kitchen dishes. Room key stopped working several times. Great location but nothing more than that!

Room smelled, there were bugs, and it was hard to get towels , plus there was no breakfast. Other than that it was ok.
Overcharged prices for their laundry services to do self laundry $3.50 for a wash and $3.50 for a dryer that doesn't work properly? Or dry your clothes thoroughly, had to be separated from the family because what was advertised through Expedia was not what we received should get a total refund one of the refrigerators we reported to get fixed and never was fixed or replace so all our food went bad couldn't really cook anything on the mini kitchenette? They have a lot of people living there that are displaced either from a hurricane or living off government assistance from the Biden regime. No ice machine totally not worth the price that we paid because it was not as advertised. Definitely not safe with a lot of people walking in and out of the doors that are not locked properly. The staff when we checked in were amazing they know they have their cards stacked against them and because they work hard and need a good job they continue to work and deal with the discrepancies of this facility and the leadership and upgrades that are needed and just the overall cleanliness of the place is a one out of five.

Everything I needed for simple sleeping and showering, was provided. Card reader to the building kept malfunctioning
Nobody answering the phone call at the front desk not giving refunds due to a mistake made by customer trying to set up reservations for different dates and the Expedia was terrible in placing the reservation on a wrong day

Worst hotel experience ever. The resident next door was high and was up the whole night. I went down to the lobby and also called the number in the middle of the night multiple times (since we couldn’t sleep due to the noise) and there was no staff available. At 4 am I knocked on their door to get them to be quiet which did not help. We were scheduled to stay two nights. When I was finally able to track down an employee at 6 am in the morning, and I told him we wouldn’t be stay another night here and acknowledged he would refund our next night. Not surprising, the hotel manager is saying they won’t refund the money even they I had to book another hotel. Run from this hotel, it’s loud and the management is terrible.
