Everything was great like all APA hotels. A strange policy of the hotel is they message you the day before saying you have to advise of the time you are getting there and if either you don’t reply or show up 2 hours outside of that time they will cancel your reservation? Not even sure how they do that as then Expedia will still charge for a no show. I see that as a liability as sometimes you aren’t able to check your email or messages while traveling. Everything else was great.

Overall, my stay was nice, the place was clean and was within walking distance of the shopping areas, and the train station. My only negative was my bed was not comfortable. It was hard as a brick, but overall like the room.

Close to everything

Extremely close to the train station, bus pick-ups, shuttle pick-up, and parking garages. The room we had could have been a bit cleaner. It had some mystery carpet stains near the desk. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having the sleep yukata to wear.

This was the ideal hotel for us after arriving from Narita and before going elsewhere in Chiba the following days. The complimentary shuttle from the airport and the location next to the train station were the deciding factors in us booking this hotel. Having a hot spring bath was an added treat after long airplane travel. Would stay here again if our plans worked well with including it in the itinerary. APA is always a reliable choice.
