This is my second time to stay here. Had a 4 day stay where i was hanging out at the Opry building for a few days Very close to the Opry and Opry Mills shopping. A few good restaurants nearby.

This is an excellent hotel if you want an easier and less crowded area to stay. The room was clean, parking was free, great, full breakfast and very comfortable beds. There is a shuttle every hour that can save you the hassle of parking in the downtown area.

Sara at checkout was "in a mood".... Asked for a receipt for our stay and she said "you booked thru a 3rd party. Get it from them.". Asked her for a receipt re incidental charges and she did her best to say nothing was charged and she couldn't print it. We wanted a receipt to prove that since they had a copy of our credit card. After continually refusing.... She finally printed it, slapped it on the counter and said snarkly "See. Told you nothing was charged." and gave me a nasty look and rolled her eyes.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. It exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was adequate.

Decent but needs new mattresses and pillows

The room was okay. Bed was not comfortable and the two “throw” pillows we each had to sleep on were very uncomfortable. Despite having “privacy please” sign on door, maid knocked a couple of mornings. I realize she had a schedule, but in a town where there is night life people like to sleep a little later. Overall, stay was okay. Did not eat the breakfast offered.
