Only thing good was the comfy bed

The water barely reached lukewarm in the shower, the fan in the bathroom was so loud it could have woken up people in the deepest sleep in the next room when i went pee in the night, and after check out i was charged ten dollars on my credit card without any explanation, email, or receipt.

Holiday Inn Express - Whitebridge Rd. Nashville

This hotel offered the best breakfast that I've ever had in similar facility. They had cheese omelets, hot cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, bacon, bagels, pancakes, etc. It was really good. Every afternoon they had fresh cookies at the front desk. We were there because a relative was in critical condition at a nearby hospital and I found these amenities very uplifting.

Feels like home away from home

The staff were very friendly. Our room was perfect down to the fancy washcloths. Thank you for the extra touches. My son has been in and out of Vanderbilt for health issues. He feels comfortable and secure in your hotel. He is always excited about the breakfast. That you for the extra steps you take to make us feel welcome Not like strangers
