The overall staff was amazing. The only issue I came across was trying to buy 3 waters from the front desk on the night of (11-30-25), where I ran the bell multiple times & ended up putting the water back, only to see buddy outfront, coming back inside as I was leaving. Went back to buy them bc I still NEEDED them. Our room was not amazing... ROOM 216. Screws in the shower were coming undone, the bathroom door handles looked hot glued together & fell apart, lamps were actually missing, light switches didn't work, drawers were stuck. I am not saying the hotel was a problem - that room was a problem to look into.

This property was rated 9.2 on Expedia but 3 stars on Google reviews. Google was accurate. The shower base pan had a crack running through it. The bathroom door was a barn door so you can hear EVERYTHING. A terrible design. Additionally, the door has opaque panels as a decorative element, but this causes the light from a bathroom in use to shine directly into the room. Not ideal for a room shared with multiple people. Awkward. There is no business center that is separate, so trying to work means you're in the main area where they have two big tvs blasting sports and news. They were so loud it was tough to do any work, even with earbuds. Breakfast was good. Pancakes vs. waffles, bagels, muffins, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, multiple types of juice, coffee and creamers. Jellies, butter, peanut butter, etc. avl for biscuits or pancakes. Staff was friendly and connected, despite a late arrival. Parking lot was very small and tight to maneuver.
