didn’t not service us almost the entire stay. room service took an hour plus for 3 cokes. Requesting for a blanket and took more an 3 hours to come. At check out there were multiple charges that were not ours that were on our bill which shows our unprofessional their company is as a whole. Charging us for things we never consumed or asked for. costumer service is an all time low. would not recommend staying here!

The Hyatt Baha Mar Resort in Nassau, Bahamas, offers a luxurious and memorable experience with spacious, impeccably clean rooms that provide stunning views from the 20th floor. The accommodations are comfortable and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation. Dining options at the resort are impressive, with Cleo restaurant at the connected SLS Hotel standing out as a personal favorite for its exceptional food. The Monkey Bar also offers a great vibe with delicious lunch, really the wings, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Service throughout the stay was generally good, though there was a hiccup with the pickleball session reservation. Despite confirming a reschedule via email, the instructor did not show up, citing a misunderstanding about the reservation status. While this was disappointing and highlighted a need for improved communication, the resort promptly issued a refund, which was appreciated. The ESPA spa experience was a highlight, with expert service from Sharonda, a highly skilled masseuse who ensured a relaxing and rejuvenating treatment. This added a special touch to the overall stay. Over four nights, the resort delivered a luxurious experience that made the birthday trip truly special. While it is not an all-inclusive property and guests should be prepared for additional charges, the quality and ambiance justify the expense.
