The hotel was very nice. Had all the amenities except a pool. Centrally located to Canal and Bourbon Streets. The only complaint I have was the noise from the elevators; it was so loud it woke us from our sleep. The noise vibrated through the whole building. The staff was aware and promised someone was coming to fix them. The service men never showed up while we were there for our five night stay. We would stay again but the elevators would have to be fixed.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were awesome and our room was nice and clean. We loved the full kitchen with a refrigerator to hold all of our leftovers and a microwave to warm them up. The trolley stop was right outside the door and Canal Street/Bourbon Street was in walking distance. I can’t wait to go back and will stay here again!!

The staff was amazing very helpful very kind. The room was outstanding and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Very centrally located. Wish the facility had a pool but all in all fantastic would definitely stay there again.
