There was something ringing in our room all night .. had to switch rooms at 1230 when we were already trying to sleep .. glad they switched us as we couldn’t sleep with the noise, but as rather annoying to have to get dressed and packed up and move rooms

Easy check in, the staff were all amazing. Mardi Gras was very busy but they set expectations for our trip in advance and exceeded them. Clean and lovely room, balcony, lobby, easy parking and valet service. Would love to visit again.

The hotel was nice enough. I booked it because it was with "breakfast included." Per the man at the desk, breakfast has not been provided for 4 years, but remains listed as that on the travel site. I was with my daughter and 2 granddaughters. The "breakfast included" was the reason I booked at this property.
