Friendly staff. Nice rooftop bar/restaurant (highly recommend the Hide salad if you're looking for a light bite). Although the rooms are large by NYC standards, the bathroom was VERY small, even by NYC standards. I would rather a larger bathroom for a smaller living space, and in this space, one certainly could have sacrified some space from the large desk area in lieu of a larger bathroom. It was also not up to my (exceptionally high) standards for cleanilness.

We really liked the convenience of the hotel in terms of location. Very close to Fulton Statiom subway, Freedom Tower, 911 Memorial, and Battery Park. Jose was very helpful with answering questions and suggestions for dinner and biking in Central Park.
