The room was dark due to faulty wiring in the sconces and the only lights available were bed lights, the shower rod kept falling on our heads, the microwave couldn’t be used because 1/3 of it was hanging off the small wood ledge it was on.

There was an issue with the boiler, making the shower water scalding hot and unusable. The bedside light also malfunctioned—it turned on by itself minutes after I turned it off, and this repeated multiple times. The concierge called about 40 minutes later after I reported the boiler issue, and offered a room change at midnight, which prevented a one-star rating.

The male staff that answered the phone were extremely helpful and had great service! The rooms do not look like the pictures. The rooms are basic at best. Cleaning is not thorough. The heater “growled” each time it turned on, and as a light sleeper I didn’t get much sleep. But the location is PERFECT. If you’re not picky about the quality of the room to lay for a night this will work for you.

The room was good. But The bathroom design needs work. And the half glass shower door with curtain. No good. The curtain sticks to you the entire shower. The shower head shoots out at full speed, no way to adjust.
