Great location if you want to walk all over to explore NYC. We were 10 minutes each direction from activities we had planned (MSG, Broadway, & NBC). Staff was kind and friendly!

A good standard hotel room in a great location, not too far away from times square in a nice but quiet-ish street comparatively. The room did not have coffee or tea however when we called the front desk, they instantly sent over the machine. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. I would book here again if I was coming to NY.

Hotel was comfortable easy to find and met our needs. Shower didn't work first night but they were happy to fix it for us and no further problems after that. Rooms were clean, good size and comfortable.

Room not what was promoted. Window shades were drawn in the room, opened them to find weird red lights and a pitch black space ( video high from top of windows showed fake trees blocking the window and a weird empty restaurant space) Window hadblack painters tape around the edges. Requested a room change, non was available. Did not feel safe there for many reasons. Left and went home.

The location was perfect - close enough to walk to Broadway shows in 15 minutes, yet far enough away that it's out of the craziness. The front desk team was wonderful (thanks again Luz, you're a gem!). I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

The receptionist was nice but we had to pay $2 per luggage item in cash to store our luggage. The lobby is very sparse with a very low end look to it. The rooms have plenty of wear and have very little in them. Beds and pillows are adequate. Good location for hotel but will not be staying again due to the low quality. Also lights were very finicky going off randomly.

Had paid for 2 queen beds but got 2 double beds for 4 people. When asked about the beds, staff reassured me that I had a queen room without checking the room and dismissed the concern of being in the wrong room. The bed frame was queen however the actual bed was not. Not ideal for two people to share a bed.If you don’t pay attention carefully you can hurt yourself along the wooden bed frame. Dim lighting but overall great location.
