The front of house staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff who cleaned the room were also very pleasant and efficient. Very enjoyable stay. Very good location, nothing to complain about.

Courteous staff, essential is easy access with the location. No window view but I guess this may be an upgrade. Rooms are on a small side but essentials are available.

Friendly and helpful staff, central location, very reasonable rates for Manhattan, decent-sized room compared to cramped rooms at many other Manhattan hotels, appealingly spare decor, and a really great shower. The fitness center was adequate though the dumbbell selection was limited.
