The staff was amazing. The rooms weren’t fancy but they were clean and quiet. I loved the fridge and the microwave. I would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room and I never did come across an ice machine.

Room was clean but very rundown, as was the whole hotel in general. The highlights included the great service, the room size and the location. Our family of 4 had a two bedroom suite with one and a half baths. Overall would consider the hotel again for future stays.

The room was a good size, clean. Staff was pleasant. Amenities were lacking. Parking is off site . Snow was blocking curbing so climbing over snow bank with luggage was difficult. Only one luggage trolley for whole hotel. No help is avaliable. So unpack car climb over frozen snow bank leave luggage in lobby then go find parking . Walk back to hotel and make 2 trips to 5th floor room with luggage. Only one elevator working and one trolly was is use . I guess the bright side is no one to tip.

I didn't love staying here. It was clean, the bed was comfy, and the water was hot, but there were no windows. Or, rather, there were windows but they were blocked off. Next door to my room was some sort of night club that started playing music around happy hour until (thankfully not all night) 10 or 11 pm. I found myself wishing I would have just paid more for a better hotel in a different location.

The room was clean, basic. No bells and whistles just a simple hotel room. The cleaning staff left their used gloves and some type of cleaning concoction in a water bottle inside our room. Glad we didnt have any kids who would have mistakenly thought it was water. Smh...
