I had a great stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown New York. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My room was spotless and very well maintained, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the elevator situation. With just three elevators, it sometimes took a while to get up and down, especially during busy hours. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall quality of the stay. I would absolutely book this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent service in downtown New York.

Everything was nice, it’s a good location since it’s right next to the subway. The one downfall is that our TV was broken and kind of discolored, that just sucked since I’m a Hilton honors member. There is a lot of floors, so be prepared to wait for the elevators, they do have three of them.
