Always know what to expect! Same amazing service!

I love this hotel, everything about it is great. the staff is amazing, the food service, the rooms are spacious and clean the bed works every time. My only gripe is the elevator, it can be annoying as it's slow. Other than that, I am always in good hands!

I loved that it was clean and comfortable, and staff were hospitable. I didn’t like the narrow hallway space, and the long wait for and crowded elevators. Also I changed paying cards once there, and both cards were charged, so I had to wait for my money to be released back into my account.

Overall the hotel is ok. Good location. A bit of an older decor in the rooms. It would benefit from an update. The staff was ok. Maybe a little more welcoming would be of benefit to the overall atmosphere. The parking lot allocated to the hotel is few blocks away and staff there is not helpful and actually quite rude. I would not recommend the hotel to any of my friends and family members.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was excellent—convenient to everything I needed and in a quiet, safe area. The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-furnished, and had a relaxing ambiance. I especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the quality of the amenities provided. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable place to stay.
