Friendly staff, clean compact rooms. Close to subway and only 5 stops to Time Square. Only complaint - if stayed again would ask for different floor. (12th). Appeared building stores etc were on that floor and continuous people going in out of room all day and night slamming doors etc. outside of that was a great stay.

I left something in my room after check out and called the desk. I asked a question about the item I left. The receptionist told me she would contact housekeeping and call me back but she did not call me back. Poor follow through with customer service.
