In the heart of Times Square.. could walk to everything I had planned.. only thing not as advertised is microwave in room, per expedia room with fridge & microwave cost more, however per the hotel, all rooms come with refrigerators but not microwaves because it could trip the power, but they would still supply one if I really wanted it.. lastly park ar the lor across the street - it's $20 cheaper than paying hotel valet

Je suis très déçu! J’étais choisi cette hôtel parce j’ai pensé que c’était une bonne endroit pour ma famille, mais c’était au contraire! Les ascenseurs toujours pleins! L’employeurs de mal humor! Et par finir nous sommes volés… et après la gèrent à essayer de faire quelque chose pour compenser toute qui nous arrive, mais vraiment, nous sommes trop fatigués.

Hotel was in the perfect location, next to the port authority bus terminal. All staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and set you up for the day. Reception staff were extremely supportive with a delivery package problem that I had which was eventually resolved.

There were significant issues using the elevator. One day, a large group was checking out, and it would have been helpful to coordinate the use of the elevators better so that other guests would not be inconvenienced. Possibly, an idea would have been to have one of the two elevators dedicated to the group so the other one could be used for other guests. Carrying our baggage down 14 flights of stairs was challenging after waiting more than 40 minutes to get an elevator unsuccessfully. I understand that the property is limited in NYC, and the elevator space is complex, so having more elevators is not an option. However, I would strongly consider having an attendant work in the elevators to accommodate guests better, especially in such situations.
