The location of the hotel is very convenient, and it’s easy to walk to the Time Square area as well as to Penn Station and Hudson Yards. The staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast staff, and our room was good - no view on the 6th floor and a bit noisy outside but a comfortable bed and decent size.

Clean room, tidied everyday, overall very good, the odd bit round about the lifts would benefit from a coat of paint and the shower door needs replaced. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff at reception desk and breakfast room were very helpful! Centrally located five minutes from Times Square, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Great location to get to any Broadway Show. Subway was also close and easy to get around Manhattan. Staff were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Will say there again.

When we arrived early we dropped our luggage since no rooms were available. This was an easy and quick process. When we arrived back we checked in quickly. Our room was clean but in need of maintenance. Towel bars were missing, wall paper peeling and in need of other minor repairs in the bathroom. Most likely would not recommend for any future stays.

Terrible experience. The first night we didn’t have a hot shower. There was an unpleasant smell in the room like wet Sox the entire stay. , we reported to the lobby staff but nothing changed. Walls and furniture were dirty. A lot of the furniture had splinters.
