It’s great location and great staff only bad part is elevator’s waiting time in morning there are just 2 elevator for 32 floors with 100+ rooms

Check in and check out were smooth. No delay. The hotel is very centrally located and convenient to everything. We booked a room inc. breakfast and the breakfast was great. Plenty of hot and cold options. Highlight was the freshly cooked waffle and the lovely man who made them for us (unfortunately I didn't ask his name) He greeted everyone in the mornings with a smile. The room and the bathroom were clean. We were very happy with our 4 night stay.

The beds are tiny and very uncomfortable. The elevators take forever! The breakfast was crazy - busy- messy - ran out of everything. We left luggage early before check in (by the way - you won’t be able to check in even a minutes before 3) they tagged our luggage and stored it, giving us a receipt tag. Hang on to that tag because when we try to pick up luggage they gave us the wrong bags. Twice!!! Scary! The mirror in the bedroom was in terrible condition. With what looks like glue marks all over it. The room smelled stuffy and mildew!

The overall cleanliness of the property was below par, our room had a few broken items, we booked a room with two beds since our teen age son was with us, the first day they put us in a room with king bed only, we had to ask for lots of blankets to make a bed in the floor for him. Not a good experience.

This hotel was in a great location! Close to everything, but gave a little more quiet time amid everything around. We loved the cookies were provided in the evening for guests. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The only thing that was a bit bothersome were the smokers outside the door. You would walk into it when coming and going, but not sure that the hotel can do anything about that. The continental breakfast was also very good. Thank you!

The elevators were not fully operational when I first arrived. Fortunately it was fixed by the next day. While the room and linens were clean, the towels and wash cloths were a bit worse for the wear. The smoke alarm started beeping early in the morning, probably due to a low battery. I know this is more of a budget hotel so I can overlook these things in lieu of the price.
