Disappointing! The entire hotel is “rough around the edges” and needs a significant overhaul. However, all staff I dealt, other than housekeeping that were consistently rude, were very helpful and friendly.

Overall we had a good experience but the showers were not great the water would not drain and when we arrived our product were empty, also two elevators for that many floors makes it extremely long, while checking out we waited 40 minutes for elevators and eventually resorted to carry our 5 suitcases and bags down the stair we were on the fifth floor, except that it was overall very good and we enjoyed our stay

Room was not updated and tight with outdated furnitures. Water thermostat in bathrooms are always very hot irregardless of water setting. Shower did not drain well always end with a pool of water on your feet. Breakfast area always packed and unkept. Although, the saving grace to this hotel is the staff. They are always willing to help.

Staff was great. Room was ok. Bathroom exhaust fan was broken. HVAC unit thermostat wasn't working properly and rattled. Alarm clock was set for a 6:00 AM wakeup by previous occupant. Breakfast was good but room was crowded. When leaving luggage they just left our bags in an open room (fortunately nothing happened).

Good location, friendly staff, and it’s nice to have a hot breakfast available until late morning. The only downside is the elevator—if it were upgraded, it would be much better; otherwise, be prepared to use the stairs during peak hours.
