The area like 8 th avenue was dirty and lots of homeless but the hotel sidewalk and area around the hotel was very clean and the staff kept it clean. The staff was very friendly and said hello and asked how things were every time we saw them. Very helpful. The location was great close to Times Square and Broadway.

I recently went to New York Comic Con for 2025 and stayed at this location. The staff was so helpful, holding our bags for us before check in and even after check out so that we could still enjoy the con without lugging our suitcases around. The hotel is literally a 10min walk to the Javits Center, so it's super convenient. And there are shops and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was included in my reservation but with very Limited options , No refills , waiter said management did not provide enough to do so. On many occasions during my stay which lasted one day only, room cleaners are getting on the elevators carrying used bedsheets , garbage , cleaning materials , which was very inconvenient

Nice clean, quiet room. Lower water pressure common in many hotels. Beds were a bit hard and pillows way too thin but overall nice place to stay. Walkable to Times Square and Penn Station.
