The hotel was lovely but there were a couple of things that caused me hassle and for a hotel that is located at the airport I just think they see important. My wake up call was 15 minutes late - luckily I was up and already getting ready but that could have seriously impacted my morning. The shuttle bus was oversubscribed and there was no organisation of loading so I ended up being left behind on the first trip of the day. They came back around but I was 15 minutes later leaving that I expected. The hotel is in a noisy location but it was perfectly quiet for sleeping and the hotel is nice.

Staff was kind but upon arrival I was given no keys to access my room due to technical glitches. I was told keys would be left under my door for later but they were never left. Additionally my sheets had black spots on them. Overall convenient spot to access airport but not worth $200/night.
