Dear Hotel Indigo Management Team,
I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share feedback regarding my experience.
First, I would like to say that the room itself was nice and clean, which we truly appreciated. However, upon arrival after a very long and hectic travel day, including hours on the airplane and the commute from the airport to the hotel, we were looking forward to resting immediately.
Unfortunately, shortly after arriving, the fire alarm began sounding and continued for over an hour. I contacted the front desk to ask whether we should evacuate, and I was informed that there was no urgency and that engineers were working to resolve the issue. Despite this reassurance, the alarm continued for an extended period of time, making it impossible to rest after our travel day.
Additionally, my partner and I occasionally work remotely and require reliable Wi-Fi access. The following day, we experienced significant connectivity issues. A message repeatedly appeared on the television indicating connection problems, and we were unable to access stable internet service for a period of time. This created further inconvenience during our stay.
I have photo and video documentation of both issues and am happy to provide them if needed.
Given these circumstances, I am respectfully requesting compensation for at least one night of our stay. I believe this would be a fair resolution considering the disruption and inconvenience we experienced.
