The hotel was very inviting. It is an a location with a lot of different foods and different restaurant. Yeah we’re a clean room. I love that we were upgraded with a sofa in our room and it’s been an excellent experience staying at this hotel.

Had a lovely time celebrating a monumental birthday for my mom. We had two connecting rooms. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices and ample seating. It does get busy around 7:30-8:30 so plan accordingly. The hotel concierge was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. The location is prime especially if you want easy access to Times Square. If you're an Elite member, you get two free waters a day/per room. We also were able to book a private shuttle from the hotel to EWR with ease! I'd definitely stay here again.
