The first room smelled cigarette, the second room had used, empty bottles in the refrigerator. There was no water in the room. Called front desk, waited kn the linefor 15 minutes and no one answered. Overall it was a very bad experience. Had stayed many times in this hotel in the past and the conditions declined tremendously

Nice clean room, but the double beds are quite small for 2 people. Lots of hidden fees and taxes get added on at the end. Be careful if ordering food to the room; again, lots of extra fees not disclosed. All in all, a very expensive place to stay, although the location to New York landmarks is great.
