The room was horrible, beds in bad conditions lobby is the worst you can find. Staff not friendly and with bad service. NEVER be back at that hotel its a Nightmare.

The water in the restroom was came out both brown and milky. There were stains all over the headboard as well. I was also charged a large amount of unlisted fees at checkin. There is no way this hotel is a 4 star establishment. I would not recommend at all.

Spacious room. Very poor cleaning. Moved out of first room as bathroom towels were filthy (soiled) and soap dispensers were mostly empty. Almost seemed like a stitch up from a disgruntled cleaner. But very poor first experience after an 18hr flight. Offer of one free drink didn’t real cut it for the inconvenience of moving rooms and missing dinner. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Staff was great. Nothing stood out as overall amazing. Room was comfortable. View of Time Square was nice. The social aspect of the hotel where bar and restaurant was, was nice. I was assisted by a male bartender who was absolutely amazing. Made it comfortable to sit at the bar alone.
