Cleaner rooms and bathrooms, better sheets and pillows. Service didn’t change towels everyday. Water temperature was average at best; we never really got true hot water. Desk staff was helpful and friendly.

Very nice and vintage. Clean and quite witch is hard to find in NYC also I love how confusing the hallways are definitely was fun looking for the room with the wife lol love this place and will be one of my go to every time I’m around and I love the late checking with no problem at like 2 am five stars for sure and great staff

Staff were wonderful, check in and check out or seamless and easy. They held our bags on the last day while we toured the city. Wi-Fi was great. Perfect area to walk Central Park or take the city bus downtown.

Staff was curtious and check in was quick. Bathroom sink leaked, tub would not hold water, and the toilet required constant work to get it to stop running. Housekeeping was efficient and good, bathrooms just need an overhaul.
