This is a very old property. Travel with kids during snow storm, there were water leakage issues in the bathroom, tv not receiving signal. Rooms are old, What I appreciate is the service to fix was super quick. Good location overall, friendly staff.

Upon check in, we received a room which had: Missing bathroom tiles Wallpaper peeling in several spots Inoperable TV and telephone. Smell of smoke in the room. We requested a new room and upon entry to our new room, it was much better. The only issue with the new room was that the temperature in the shower was extremely hard to regulate. In addition, the staff was ok. Not overly friendly or welcoming. Very subpar.
Extremely dusty and dirty elevators. In addition, very little signage on the 11th floor making it extremely difficult to locate assigned room.

Overall the rooms have everything you need a bed, shower and sink. Maybe not the prettiest but it’s not like you’re gonna be there all day. The area surrounding it is very nice, easy access to the subway and a bodega perfect for your morning coffee or late night cravings. I imagine returning to this hotel just based on the location.

For a budget motel on the UWS it's very nice. I was traveling solo so I had a very small room with a bed, desk, TV, and bathroom, and that's really all I needed. Location at 94th and Broadway was perfect for my purposes. Water pressure isn't great, and the TV signal crapped out on my 3rd night, but they sent someone promptly to try and fix it. Hence the four, not five star review, but I'd stay here again for sure.
