Morgan met us with such cheer and exuberance that we instantly felt comfortably. Service was excellent. Room was quite quiet despite being on the main road. You coukd hear sirens but not much else. Great value for the quality.

Room was bigger than most Manhattan hotels in this price range. Everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. Staff were easy going, friendly and helpful. Best of all is the location, perfect base for sightseeing. Don't hesitate, book it!

Charming boutique hotel with a modern Scandinavian feel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice “personal touches” (e..g., cute stuffed mascot gift, free coffee/tea/soft drinks). Room was small but comfortably fit all accommodations. Private balcony was a nice plus and rooftop was great.

I loved the amenities in the room. They provide 2 free bottles of water, slippers, lots of toiletries and a teddy bear. Room was super clean and they have hand sanitizer in the elevator. Also, free pastries in the morning in the lobby. Great location too.

The location is fantastic—right between Little Italy and Chinatown—so there’s lots of amazing food around, and it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the subway. The area felt safe and mostly quiet. We did have a street-facing room at first, which had a bit of night-time noise, but when we switched to a courtyard-facing room, it was wonderfully peaceful. The room itself was actually a bit bigger than we expected—not overly spacious, but definitely a decent size and comfortable for our stay. The bed was quite comfortable as well, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were very friendly and made our stay really enjoyable. The only minor complaint is that each booking came with just two complimentary bottles of water. If you need more on the following nights, there’s an extra charge, which felt a bit surprising given the room price. But overall, that’s a small detail in an otherwise great stay. We’d definitely come back!
