I liked this hotel more than many I have stayed in NYC. The room is compact like many others in NYC metro, but the space was designed exceptionally well for functionality. I appreciated all the available storage around the sink for my makeup and toiletries. There’s also an actual closet space here, and not just hooks (although the rack is hung high for people who are not tall). Great water pressure in the shower in the shower, too. Location was really great; close to subway stops and a lot of food options. I’d definitely stay here again!

Tons of minor inconveniences and hidden charges ($45/day "all access fee" ? not sure what that is supposed to cover). It's a good price and accommodation for staying in SoHo, but you sacrifice lowkey being scammed in some places. Staff gave us late check out, only to be locked out of our room at 12pm. Had to wait downstairs for 15 min with everyone else who got locked out of their room just to get back in. I expected the rooms to be super small but the beds/sheets and sheets were super cheap and disguised by cool interior design.

Great location if you are looking at a SoHo Hotel. It's a digital-native, limited-amenities hotel well suited for a single traveler. The room design gives you work space along with a nicely designed cubby hole bed setting that feels cozy within the clean lines of the room.

Rooms are fine, beds are comfortable, lighting in bathroom is atrocious. My biggest beef was breakfast--Monday through Friday they just have a little coffee shop kiosk. Both days of my stay they were out of everything, and I mean everything, by 9:30 am. If you love a good sit-down, hotel breakfast, avoid this place unless you're staying there on the weekends when the restaurant is open.

Room was neglected, tiny and no typical hotel comforts like a coffee maker or coffee even available for guests downstairs in the morning. Moreover, the fire alarm was set off 3 times in the middle of the night without explanation. Overall experience was not good and I would never stay here again. Save your money- or spend it elsewhere.

With the short time we were there, everything was mostly good. However, the night we had to get up at 5 for our return flight, the fire alarms went off three times between 1 and 3 am, and after calling the public service number, I received a snappy response from the lady. I understand the phone was probably blowing up about the issue, but she didn't have to be mean. Losing sleep was definitely annoying, but my partner and I can't fret too much considering unforeseen instances can occur at any time.
