Our family of four enjoyed our stay in the Junior Suite of the Manhattan Club! The front desk teams were friendly, and made it easy to arrange for luggage storage when our flight times were not in sync with standard check-in and check-out times. Having doormen at the entrance lended a nice, secure touch. Our room was comfortably large, and included amenities like a breakfast table, microwave, small fridge and dishwasher, as well as plates, bowls, and cutlery. The decor was not super modern, but it worked just fine as a convenient home base in the heart of Manhattan! We were less than a 10-minute walk from Central Park (and Broad Nosh Bagels!), and equally close to Times Square, without being subject to the same crowd level. Rockefeller Center was also close enough to walk to multiple times throughout our stay. We’d recommend this property, and stay here again should our family find ourselves in Manhattan again!

Overall, a great experience. We stayed in one of the suites and it felt spacious & well maintained. We didnt eat at the hotel but did have cocktails one night which were well made. The location is very nice and the staff were helpful. We did notice that staff would enter without knocking unless we had the doortag posted- which has happend to me at other hotels in NYC but never anywhere else. I would stay here again.

We loved the setup of the one bedroom suite because there were three of us staying, however we had to use the pullout couch for a second sleeping area and it was AWFUL! There was a huge dip in the center of the bed and the head was lower than the bottom half. I wasn’t expecting it to be the most comfortable given it’s a pullout couch, but I wouldn’t count it as a bed at all. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant. Great location and friendly staff!

It is very conveniently located, steps to central park and columbus circle. Shoping, dinning, entertaining opportunities are boundless. However the check-in staff assigned us a smaller room while there are bigger one available. Also we found a dead cockroach in the closet. The draining of shower is so slow, that you better hurry up or the water will overflow.

AMAZING!

This hotel was absolutely incredible!! To find a suite in NYC is unheard of. The hotel was extremely nice and there was a lot of staff in the lobby, at all times, ready to help at a moment’s notice. We were 100% pleased!! Would definitely stay again!
