I’ve stayed at the Warwick many times and love this elegant , historic hotel . However, the elevators were an issue as the hotel had many guests - they are small and wait time was too long . Rooms are always lovely , space is great .need better pillows though :) and small actual cream pods for coffee , not creamer substitutes . Would be nice to have coffee available for guests as other hotels do .

Property was perfect location between Times Square and Central Park. Hotel staff were wonderful. Had a couple maintenance items that were promptly fixed. Very clean and spacious rooms for New York. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. In the middle of everything you need. Lobby gets quite crowded with people waiting for rooms due to early arrivals. They do try to accommodate as quickly as possible.

The Warwick is a great central location for everything Manhattan. Moma was across the street. If you like walking it was an easy walk to Museum mile. Staff was friendly and helpful…& gave good advice on restaurants when we told them what we were looking for.in addition the front desk staff worked to get our room cleaned and prepped early as we arrived early. The only complaint we had was that they only had three small elevators to service all the floors and there were definite wait times at certain times of day. Overall - would we stay here again?most definitely!!!!

This is a very spacious hotel and the service was excellent. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The only downside is it’s a party far walk to time square. But on the upside, the subway is a block over.
