Easy parking - right next to the Lincoln tunnel and walkable to Broadway shows. The hotel is fine, but the 3 star rating is for the hidden fees. $65 to park overnight with a discount, $12 to store our bags for a few hours until check in, $45 for a “facilities” fee. It was also $12 to use the ATM in the lobby. Breakfast is not included, but available. The rooms are small, but that’s normal in NYC.

Worse, if there are no garbage cans, you may literally have to walk out of the Facility with your trash. The Terrence chairs were broken. The Terrence lights were not working. The phone in the room also was not working. There was also no WiFi. I went downstairs about four times to have the manager, Jaylin, help me, and he disagreed with his words. They said there was nothing they could do for me, not even change my room. I was highly frustrated with this place I was supposed to be happy and enjoyed my stay this place just had me angry and upset all night.

The hotel was decent , staff was 10/10..... but no fridge ,no micro wave so they pffer food but noway to keep fresh or reheated .....the whole buidling is non smokers so if you smoke its not for you , if its cold you have to stand outside to smoke , and at 134 a night being the minimum its kinda not worth the money you spend to be there. The tv guide has channels that say one show ..but is a diffent show....the bed was suppose to be a queen but felt like a full to be host ......the heat only goes to 78 which is wierd... for the amount spent i dont feel like its worth the stay, better off spending the same moneybfor a hotel that has balconies , or offer smoking rooms , yotel is over rated ,over priced and over due for a few changes in my opinion ...but good stay for kids or youth camps , NOT FOR ADULTS .

Loved that this property was close to where I needed to be for my stay, however my first room was very dirty, shower & toilet had residue. I had to request another room which was on a different floor away from my family. Staff was very nice.

The service experience could be rewritten to better convey your frustration and details like this: The service was incredibly disappointing. I arrived at 2:50 PM for check-in, knowing I was 10 minutes early. I was informed that the room was still being cleaned, which I completely understood. However, at 3:20 PM, when I followed up at the front desk, they said the room wasn’t ready yet and assured me it would take just 10 more minutes. After waiting an additional 40 minutes, I returned to the desk and suggested checking me in beforehand to expedite the process once the room was ready. The staff refused. By this point, I was quite frustrated. Then, about 10 minutes later, another staff member informed me that the family room I had reserved was undergoing maintenance and would not be available. They offered me two separate rooms on the same floor instead. At this stage, I explained that I simply needed to check in quickly, as I had other reservations to attend. Despite my urgency, they made me wait another 30 minutes before finally giving me just one room, claiming the other was still unavailable. The entire process was unnecessarily long and frustrating.

The room was dirty and mold in the shower and sink the knob on the sink was broken off the outlets didn’t work it was cold even with the heat up to the max level the pictures are a false representation of the property
