Spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Check-in is easy with the code they send you. Use the code at the white gate just to the left of the garage when facing it. Be sure to follow the directions they send with the code. A separate entry system (with a separate code) is attached on the garage frame to raise the panel door. Well stocked with cooking equipment, hair dryers, lots of towels and beach towels. Cute personal dock/pier out the back to sit for a coffee or evening drink. No A/C, but we didn't need it. There are ceiling fans and a few plug-in standing fans (look in the closets) which were great to have turned on at night for the white noise. Newport Beach gets a little crazy on the weekends; the fans help muffle much of it. The garage is small as the listing stated, but got a Jeep Compass in there. The food store, Pavillions, is a 2 minute walk away. Walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes, Walk to Newport Beach Pier takes about 15-20 minutes along the beach on the walking/bicycling path. Walk over to Lido Marina Village takes about 10 minutes. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops everywhere within walking distance. Enjoyed our time there very much!!

Graduation Celebration

We couldn’t have asked for a better location than this property. We were within walking distance from everywhere we could’ve wanted to be. The boardwalk was a short walk and went on as far as the I can see. It was a very short drive to our son‘s graduation at LCAD.All the amenities at the property meant our needs. We utilized the back deck area every morning and most evenings enjoyed all of our breakfasts and dinners out there.I would highly recommend this property to anyone and would do it again in a heartbeat when we are out there in the next time. Thank you for this opportunity and for maintaining such a great property!

All I have to say is that this is a cold, dark dungeon that was dilapidated and misrepresented in the photos. I don’t know how they have an eight rating. I think they must buy their review reviews.. don’t stay here.

Awesome location

Nice house, great location, and cute outdoor area with small dock. We had an issue during our stay, maintenance came out the same day and took care of it. Would stay here again.

Nice house, roomy, but patio area seems to be a bit neglected.

The house was comfortable. The rooms were generous sizes. Walking distance to groceries and eateries was great. The back patio could definitely use some love. The plants were dead, the patio chairs fabric is coming apart and they should be replaced. The ironing board broke when I tried to open it. A suggestion would be to stock the towels in each bathroom. For future renters you will need a very small car to fit in the garage comfortably. It states mid size on the listing which is what we rented but it was VERY tight. Other than that we had a great time. Thank you.

Delightful beach cottage

Everything about our stay was perfect. The cottage was very comfortable for us 2 senior women and very well appointed with all amenities we needed. We enjoyed Balboa Island and the fun zone, walking along the beach 2 blocks from our home, and shopping in Laguna Beach.

Super great place!

My family of seven stayed for a week. We loved it. We are simple. We walked the short distance to the beach multiple times each day. The water was super warm and clear and the waves were gentle but gave us some great body surfing rides. We walked to the store each day as well, which was really convenient. The hose got hot but the vans kept us cool. We fished off the dock and caught several fish. The neighbors were very nice. The kitchen was well furnished. The TVs worked great. We fit our minivan into the garage barely. The shower water pressure was amazing! No complaints!

Great place to stay

My grandson loves to fish so the canal was a place he could put a fishing pole in. We did some kayaking also. Very clean. Close to the beach, pier, restaurants and groceries. We would stay there again.

Great lovation

Wonderful place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Spacious main room and yard with plenty of outdoor seating. We brought our paddle boards and easily launched from the dock. Located near all of our favorite restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels and beach equipment for all.

Not what I expected.

The pictures do not represent what we walked in to. We tried to be positive but were dissapointed in the property, so much so we left a day early. The house needs a face lift. its an odd layout, odd bathrooms and kitchen. The back patio and dock are not as pictured. Same theme as the house, needs a face lift.

Beautiful location

My family and I had the best time in California. The condo was in such a beautiful location. The condo itself was lovely. We had so many extras to make our stay comfortable. The host was also an excellent communicator and so many extras included in the information like things to do in the area and so on. I highly recommend and will choose this property management company for future travels to beautiful California. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

Place was great. The heat was inconsistent throughout the house as the thermostat wasn't located near the heat source. Not that big a deal but not ideal. Great place for the price.

Convenient location

Great location for our group, close to grocery store, restaurants, beach. Good supply of towels and beach towels. Being able to enter using the keypad with a code was convenient, didn't have to worry about having a key. Very nice to have 3 full bathrooms and a garage for parking. Luckily we only had one vehicle as there was no available street parking space as mentioned in the property description. House had an off-putting smell upon entering, possibly due to revarnishing of the stair railing. It got better after we opened windows and ran the ceiling fans for a bit. Unfortunately the railing was still sticky to the touch throughout our stay. The trash receptacle had not been put out for pickup and was completely full, so we could not put our one trashbag in it. Maybe we weren't technology minded but it would've been helpful to have instructions on how to operate the tv's. Despite these few glitches, we would consider staying here again.

Great location and patio

Walking to everything. Beach is a few minutes away. Enjoyed sitting on the patio with a cold beverage at night and hot coffee in the morning.

Only Blocks from the beach!

Clean, well equipped beach house with bbq grill in the back patio. We used the house as a pit stop in between sight seeing. Cooked most of our evening meals at on the property. Ate out during the day while sight seeing. Relaxing house with nice breeze coming through the windows. As advertised the garage was super small. We were suppose to have a reserved spot on the street for the second vehicle. We were only able to park in the spot once! Don’t bother advertising the second spot on the street when it is not available. Management company was responsive to the 3 tvs that weren’t working. Mechanic came out. Very professional. Repaired the problem. I would recommend this property if you have a mid to small vehicle that will fit in the garage. Too much of a hassle to find additional parking spots.
