What we liked about the property: 1. Falls View Room with Floor to Ceiling windows (Able to watch nightly fireworks from room on 11th floor). 2. 5 minute walk to Niagra Falls Park New York What we did not like about the property: 1. Does not have Housekeeping Daily even though Expedia has it listed as an amenity. 2. Checking in with front desk we were told to call housekeeping for towels, other room needs, etc. Being there for 4 nights and the cost to stay there, I was informed when leaving that we could have requested housekeeping not daily but once during our stay. 3. The property states it is family friendly, but to get to each side of the resort, one either has to go outside or one will need to be escorted through the casino by a casino floor security guard and at times they were just annoyed to have to do it. Casinos I have been to have other indoor options to get around the casino floor when bringing anyone under 21. If you don't want to deal with this don't come with anyone under 21 years old. 3. The hotel entrance smells like smoke due to smoking casino to the left when entering hotel lobby. Also, smoking casino doors left open to the nonsmoking casino. 4. When getting a Players Card, read the fine print on what is given to you. The Players Card agent did not give us all the specifics. 5. Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash is not supplied in the shower. Only provided sample sizes so pack these items if you don't want to call housekeeping for more.

Late check ins and front desk doesn’t know what’s going on with house keeping. Management needs to be revaped and given a clue in how to train there staff. Rooms are dirty and are just run through to be cleaned even wall paper was coming off wall which when u pay good money for a room none of this should be. I could go on and I’m not trying to run them over it’s truely a shame they let it get like this.

Way Beyond our Expectations

The Seneca Niagra Resort & Casino is amazing! Absolutely beautiful place. Check in process was very smooth & quick. The casino is also just as beautiful. Everything was very clean & the location was perfect, right downtown & only a 10-15 min walk to Niagra Falls State Park & the falls themselves. That short walk takes you right down through downtown, all the shops & restaurants. There's So much to see & do. We could see the mist from the falls from our room & at night, there is a gorgeous view of the Canadian skyline & the fireworks. All right from the room! My only issue was that I was 99.9% sure I booked one of the corner view rooms with all the windows on both sides which is also what showed on my reservation but that is not the room we got. We got a standard view room with the one floor to ceiling window which was great as well, just isn't what I believe I had reserved. That was the only downfall. My boyfriend & I stayed here for a trip to see the falls because it has been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember. We had an amazing time & stay. We will defintely be coming back & will defintely stay here again! I would recommend Seneca Niagra Resort & Casino to anyone planning a trip to Niagra. You will not be disappointed! It was way beyond our expectations.

The hotel is beautiful,great location,very clean and room was beautiful. What I didn't like ? We couldn't get into our room until almost 6:30, even though check in is 4:00. The staff was rude, and we were given keys to a room occupied by someone else. We finally found the manager who went up to our assigned room to inspect it, and gave us the key.Not even an apology. There were many people waiting, including an elderly woman with a walker. The three sisters cafe was great. Great food,reasonably priced and excellent service. Casino was nice and very clean.Hotel is a convenient location minutes from the falls. This is my first negative review. We will not stay there again.
