Beautiful Hotel, great pools and beach for kids and adults, great restaurant options and extremely friendly and helpful staff. We have now stayed there twice, in April 2023 and April 2026. The rubbish on the beach could be cleaned up better , some of the pool tiles are coming loose and happy hour is no longer 2 for 1 but no further complaints or concerns.

We enjoyed our stay here at the Sofitel Nusa Dua. The staff are lovely. The rooms are very clean. The buffet breakfast was fantastic.

Great hotel with wonderful gardens and pools. Rooms are spacy but furniture and fittings are getting old. Nice restaurants with great breakfast spread but dinner at Kwezeen with special theme evenings is disappointing and overpriced. Dinner at Cucina on the other hand was a very nice experience. Staff everywhere in the hotel are super friendly and helpful. We will come back.

Amazing resort. tithe rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfasts were next level. Would happily stay again. The only thing missing is an adults only pool and the swim up bar should be a kid free zone.

Everything I expected from a 5 star hotel . Clean, wonderful staff, beautiful hotlel. The only downside is they should keep kids out of the pool with the bar .

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and so sweet natured do thankful we had stayed at the hotel room was very clean with daily gratis bottles of water coffee machine pods refilled on request restaurants all very good menus and cheaper than dining out in Uk . Plenty to do in resort beach front massages offered . Swimming pools all with lovely sun loungers . Beautiful grounds .
