The staff was excellent, and the hotel/resort was exceptionally clean. It’s conveniently close to the beach, with easy access to transportation to visit different beaches. A special thank you to the bellboy, Carlos, for his professionalism. Carlos, along with many other staff members, helped me locate my cell phone, which I had lost in a taxi. Thank you!

We arrived at the hotel around 11:30. There was nobody at the front desk. When somebody finally came out we were ignored. When we asked about checking in she said “I’m busy. Besides check in is not until 4pm”. Finally someone else came out from the back room and was able to assist. Besides checking in there were no other issues and most of the staff was helpful and friendly

Great bargain

Great bargain. Rooms could use a bit of a facelift (beds, couches, etc.), and the walk to the beach is a slight nuisance (5 minute walk versus Cabana hotel that’s right on the beach), but overall it’s a great deal when Palm Beach hotels are charging 400 a night with an inferior beach.
