I have stayed here 4 times. This time the bathroom needed a better cleaning. There was black mold On the shower head and around the shower knob. Also, there was mold under the rim of inside the bathroom sink as well as in the cracks of the shower wall. The rug in the livingroom is very dirty and stain.

Staff were great! Room dated but definitely adequate. Food options at the restaurant not great. Pools were very nice. My biggest negative and concern was the number of cockroaches. Most were outside on the ground level patios but we did have to kill one in our unit. This was a huge negative for me and my family

Food options at hotel very limited. We had bathroom and kitchen issues. Drains were very slow and roaches in kitchen. Dated furniture. No direct access to beach. Not the same Aruba as before. Too much construction. The island's natural beauty is decreasing with all the building around it.

The employees were rude, especially the ones that gave you chairs at the beach. This guy at the beach, his name was Robinson, was always yelling at people to get their chairs. Also if you asked the staff that was cleaning the room to do something they never did. They only changed the towels and did the beds, never cleaned the bathroom or the floors.
